Rockin' Science Resources is run by Sustainable Education Resources LLC. These terms cover every resource you buy or download from rockinscienceresources.com. By purchasing, you agree to them.
What you're buying
Our resources are digital teaching materials, mostly Google Docs. After payment you get a "Make a copy" link for each resource, shown on screen right after checkout and emailed to the address you use at checkout. If you lose your links, email us and we'll send them again. Opening the link makes your own editable copy in your Google Drive, so you'll need a Google account. Nothing is shipped.
Your license
Each purchase is a license for one teacher. You may:
- Use the resource with your own students, every year, for as long as you teach.
- Edit your copy to fit your class.
- Share it with your own students through a password-protected platform, like Google Classroom or your school's learning management system.
- Print copies for your own students.
You may not:
- Share the resource or its copy link with other teachers, a whole school or a district. Each teacher needs their own license.
- Post it anywhere public, including websites, blogs, shared drives open to the public, or file-sharing sites.
- Sell, resell or give away the resource, or anything made from it.
- Claim the resource as your own work.

Ownership
All resources, thumbnails, previews and text on this site belong to Sustainable Education Resources LLC and are protected by copyright. Buying a license lets you use a resource as described above. It doesn't transfer ownership.
Payments
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your card number. Prices are in US dollars, and any sales tax is calculated at checkout.

Accuracy
We work hard to keep every resource accurate and up to date, but they are provided as they are. Please review materials before using them with students. Some WebQuests link to outside websites, which we don't control and which may change.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version. The terms in place when you bought a resource apply to that purchase.
